| In recent years,With the growth of social productivity, the increasing improvement of people’s living conditions, the increasing abundance of social sports resources, the increasing number of mass cycling events, the event from the original leisurely upgrade to professional and competitive.Five amateur mountain bikers competed with professional athletes at the 13th National Games, while the number of amateur mountain bikers increased to nine at the 14th National Games. After a series of national policies and regulations on national fitness, sports tourism and recreational sports, amateur mountain biking events are developing rapidly in China. As amateur mountain bikers do not receive systematic scientific training, they will inevitably have more or less problems during the race. The race course is unpredictable, but there are still rules that allow athletes to develop a detailed programmed entry design based on the analysis of their pre-race condition and race environment.A programmed entry design is a model for solving problems that may arise during a race, and can help athletes to avoid risks and reduce errors in the race to a certain extent. Therefore,it is important to study the programmed entry scheme design for amateur mountain bikers. This study uses literature, interviews, questionnaires, fieldwork and mathematical statistics to summarize and analyze the current situation of amateur mountain bikers’ preparation for competition, and at the same time, based on the theories of sports training and competitive participation,we design and implement programmed participation programs for amateur mountain bikers with reference to the participation programs of outstanding cyclists. The aim is to provide a reference for amateur mountain bikers to compete at a normal level, and on the other hand,to make a small contribution to promoting the popularity of cycling and improving the level of amateur cycling events. The main findings of this study are as follows.(1)The content of amateur mountain bikers’ preparation for participation includes information collection, mental preparation, physical preparation, competition equipment and gear preparation, technical preparation and tactical preparation.(2)Amateur mountain bikers are characterized by strong motivation to participate, goal to finish the race successfully, good will quality and emotion control ability, mastering professional riding knowledge through observation and imitation, mostly without systematic training experience, varying levels of competitive ability, and adequate preparation of equipment and equipment in preparation for participation, while lack of technical and tactical preparation is a prominent problem.(3)The amateur mountain bikers’ programmed entry design refers to the preparation period from the time they get the information about the race to the end of the competing,Athletes prepare and enter the race according to the characteristics of mountain biking and their personal style of participation, and finish the preparation and entry in the order of before, during and after the race.(4)The amateur mountain biker program is not set in stone, and should be adjusted according to the actual situation of the amateur mountain biker, but the content of the programmed entry design is applicable to all participating athletes.(5)The amateur mountain bikers’ program was implemented on the race course, and the amateur mountain bikers’ race process was optimized and their race results were improved, which verified the effectiveness of the program designed for amateur mountain bikers. |
