Analysis And Evaluate On The Service Quality Of Aerobic Instructors In Body Fitness Clubs In Shanghai

Commercial fitness clubs emerges in recent years as the market economics developes,with their service quality largely depends on the trainers'professional knowledge, skills and customer service consciousness. The article is set to discover the factors that influence the current service quality of aerobics trainers in Shanghai area, and to find solutions to how to improve it and to ensure the entire business develops in a healthy way.As main parts of the thesis, we launched a survey to 100 areobics trainers and 500 club merbers from different comercial fitness clubs across Shanghai,with key findings as follow:1. Scores of service quality for areobics trainers from female merbers are higher than from female members; members aged between 21-30 , and members with master's degree give the lowest score; member with pressure release purpose give higher score than those who want to loss weight and better shaped their bodies; members with 4 times or above exercise per week give higher score than those who are not.2. Areobics trainers in Shanghai mainly aged from 21-30, with females account for a much bigger percentage. Most trainers are part time employees with bachelor degree and 1-3 years experience, and most of them choose to be a trainer because the like it. Fitness club management teams focus on trainers'pesonal skills rather than their service consciousness.3. Near half of areobics trainers in Shanghai have a litte service consciousness.4. Club members basically not satisfied with areobics trainers'service qulity.5. The score of trainers'reliability is 4.6106. Trainers'service promise is not clear, and the countermeasures after service mistakes is not enough.6. The score of trainers'response for is 5.0338. Members are satisfied with trainers'service attitude.7. The score of trainers'professional skill is 5.1900. Trainers'professional skill can meet members'demand, but personalized suggestion is not enough.8. The score of trainers'attitude is 5.0087. Merbers are basically satisfied with trainers'costume, body shape and behaviors.
