Justice is the ultimate and perfect dream of human, which is the extending of the values of the social fairness on educational fields, and the education justice in urban and rural areas is one key part of social fairness. Education justice has a great influence on whether everyone'survival and developing can be achieved, and which plays an important role in strengthening social stability and establishing harmonious socialism society.With the rapid development of economy and the gradual transformation in Shandong Province, the function of education in society become more and more obvious, meanwhile, people also become more concern about education fairness. Education unfairness is very common in our life, especially the unbalanced developing education in urban and rural areas, which has become a prominent contradiction in social field. Value orientation, rigid household registration system and so on,are some of the most important reasons. Only carry out detailed analyze current education unfairness condition and the profound reasons,combined with the concrete situation, can we put forward some good proposals to promote the development of education, to alleviate social contradictions and achieve the goal of harmonious society.Based on the experts'work done before, this paper will narrow the research range, combined with the concrete situation of Shandong Province and apply the justice principles of Rawls, to analyze the specific reasons of education unfairness, and then put forward some efficient advices to work out this contradiction.This paper will use the literature survey law, the comparison analytic method .etc. to carry out the research on the education unfairness in Shandong Province. The paper is divided into five parts:The first one: to introduce the research significance and methods as well as the condition of home and world.The second one: to explain some concepts and the connotation of Rawls'justice.The third one: to introduce the concrete education fairness situation in Shandong Province, and which is how to destroy Rawls'justice.The four one: combined with Rawls'theory, to analyze and find out the profound reason of the education unfairness in urban and rural areas in Shandong Province.The five one: based on Rawls'theory, to put forward some efficient proposals to solve the problems of Shandong Province.
