The Study About The Export-Oriented Talent Development In Guangxi Beibu Gulf Ecnomic Zone

As the key zone in China's Development of the West Regions and opencooperation with ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asian Nations), the opennessand development of Guangxi beibu gulf economic zone is included in our nationalstrategy. Its outstanding regional advantages and strategic position has advancedthe rapid development of the economic society in the region and broughtunprecedented opportunities for its development of foreign economic relations,which should be based on the large quantities of exported-oriented talents withhigh qualities. Therefore, how to develop these talents reasonably and effectivelybecomes the key part. This thesis analyzes and summarizes related theories anddocuments about talent development written by China's and foreign experts. Onthis basis, the thesis, combined with related theories, analyzes the current situationof demanding these exported-oriented talents, the effects of the development aswell as the problems that exist. Through analyzing the favorable and unfavorableelements, the thesis explores the writer's thoughts and methods of the talentdevelopment, and attempts to put forward some suggestions so as to provide areference for the government, which aims at advancing the process of thedevelopment and formulating policies for it.
