South Korea selected for this study as the study primary school English teaching materials .It use of comparative analysis, literature review and interviews and other research methods, to study Korean primary school English teaching materials in-depth analysis of a comprehensive study based on the comparison. Made at the elementary English teaching materials is presented in the problems and the reform proposals.Research shows that two materials in the design discourse type, language knowledge and language skills activities, material selection and the design has a lot in common. But the language input, cultural awareness training and learning strategy content arrangement clear different.Korean primary school English teaching materials based on the results of comparative study on primary school English teaching reform in China made the following recommendations: (1) the surface structure of the language design, the need to increase the number of characteristics of the times, interdisciplinary discourse content, reduce the unit Illustration of the number of integration columns section. (2) Knowledge of the language, we should pay attention to the arrangement of English phonetic knowledge and learning, appropriate to reduce the amount of words, the system layout grammar content. (3) Learning skills in language, attention should be paid the balance of the four skills of English learning, coordinate ratio. (4) Training in cultural awareness, and should select their own culture and its national and cultural knowledge, so that students develop multicultural literacy. (6) Focus on primary school English teaching with the use of materials. Also, pay attention to materials prepared by the particularity of the object.
