With the constant development of quality education and deepening of new curriculum reform, basic education in China is at a critical period of transition and change. As universal access to students knowledge of middle school history textbooks to attract the attention of educators. Textbook compiling quality is directly related to the teachers convenient "teach", students pleasure to "study", related to the effectiveness and quality of teaching. Therefore, compiled and make use of history textbooks, it is very important.Comparative curriculum is an basis for the national curriculum reform, textbooks are important elements of the curriculum. Textbooks comparative are mostly concentrated in developed countries, for comparative study of textbooks in China and South Korea are rare. Over nearly half a century, Korea with the international trend of curriculum reform, in the education curriculum reform and practice in the country, made achievements in the textbooks, has formed its own characteristics. Korea and China belong to East Asian cultural sphere, how to learn from the West course, integration of national experience has an important experience in China.There are three parts in this article:Preamble, including the origins of the subjects, current research, research objects and methods, innovations and shortcomings.The main parts are divided into four chapters:Chapter Ⅰ main base as the starting point from China and Korean textbooks, introducing comparative philosophy, the Korean history textbooks development, the China history textbook, laid a good basis for comparison.Chapter Ⅱ mainly to comparison of China and Korean history textbooks style and structure, the similarities and differences of history textbooks style and structure.Chapter III from which the main content of the China and Korean history textbooks, renders the content and organization of the textbooks for comparison.Chapter Ⅳ introduce main characteristic of China and Korean history textbooks and expound improvement strategy of the history textbooks.In conclusion, stated that while China and Korean history textbook is different,, both countries closely follow the pace of curriculum reform, conform to the educational concepts and educational reforms, and demonstrated that the history textbook in the codification of the new changes and new vision, history textbooks and improve on the road still to be done, needs to continue his tireless efforts, compiled in line with the trend of the times, teachers and popular history books.
