Problem -posing is the focus representation of curiosity and thirst for knowledge of early children, one of the ways of understanding the world and themselves, but also the necessary means to develop young children's peer intercourse.Problem-posing is related closely to children's thoughts, speech and cognitive. Studies of problem- posing are dedicated to problem posing of themselves, such as the age characteristics , gender identity, and psychological mechanism of problem posing which were less of family factors. The study, based on existing research , is trying to understand the characteristics of children's problem-posing abilities and the differences of family factors under the different cultural background. Then, providing parents suggestions about improving problem-posing abilities of their children.This study have top class children in kindergarten of Hui,Han as the objects , through the questionnaire survey and test to collect data which the quantity and quality of questions from both Hui and Han children, to examine the characteristics and differences of the problem-posing abilities of children. Meanwhile trying to learn more about the family factors, including family background, parental attitudes and responses to children problem posing , family environment of cultural and exchanges .The study shows:1,Problem-posing abilities of Hui top class children under Han children, and the difference is significant.2,Hui and Han top class children in problem-posing abilities show the same characteristics in terms of gender differences : male children are better than female children .The quantity of question, male children ask more questions than female ; to be the quality ,both Hui and Han male children are higher than female children at the profundity and scientificity of questions , while female children are better in terms of the exquisiteness than male .3,Han mothers are better than Hui at the education background , there are significant correlation between mothers'education background and childrend's problem-posing abilities . The proportion of the only child families of Han is larger than Hui, there are a significant relationship between the only child families and children's problem-posing abilities. Family structure and problem-posing abilities are not significantly related to each other.4,The parents'attitudes and responses to children's questions, the family environment of cultural and exchanges affect children's problem-posing abilities to some extent.Therefore, parents should response to children's questions positively and cultivate children'problemawareness ; improve their own knowledge , master the art of answering questions from children; make family cultural life more abundant to provide basic environment for cultivating problemawareness ; increase the opportunities fathers and children get along with each other .
