Problem Posing, also called problem formulation, is a kind of behavior one detecting a problem and posing it consciously when he is doing something. The research of students' problem posing is very pop in the domain of teach and study which focus students. As main force of social development, students' creativity is especially important. The research of creativity developed very quickly, especially social and educational research. One's ability of problem discovering and posing can scale its creativity. The correlation between question-asking ability and creativity was proved, but not clearly.This survey includes 305 college students as participant and bases on questionnaire. It consists of three stages which are pre-testing, test and statistical analysis. The research mainly focuses on the relationship between problem-posing abilities and creativity. Conclusions are presented as following:Firstly, analyze the actuality of college students' problem-posing abilities and creativity. In all, the quantity and quality of questions are low. There is no marked difference between different sex, specialty.Secondly, discuss the relationship between problem-posing abilities and creativity. Problem-posing abilities have regress effect on creativity. Question quality is more important than quantity. Among the dimensionality of problem-posing quality, critical question is most important.Finally, critical question is independent. It isn't influenced by content, order and understanding of test.
