According to the particularity of the college public procurement, try to establish a performance appraisal index system for it, then use the relative Statistical Methods to apportione the proportion for every indicator to establish the judge standard for the index system. then take the Zhejiang JR college for example, after make the analysis and evaluation, find some issues in the public procurement in this college, and give same suggestions for the work of the performance appraisal on college public procurement.
