In the country to vigorously develop vocational education,steadily push forward under the background of higher vocational education reform,higher vocational education in our country the tide of market economy and knowledge economy increasingly play an important role.So the society and the higher vocational and technical colleges are urged to speed up the promotion overall level of skilled cultivating application-oriented talents education,and fundamentally to achieve this goal we must strengthen the connotation construction,establish training to build a high quality,high quality and high teaching method and high technical ability of higher vocational technical college teachers.On this basis,gradually establish and form a scientific and reasonable teachers performance appraisal system is of higher vocational and technical college,enrich the connotation of the construction to make higher vocational technical college health sustainable development important guarantee.But due to higher vocational and technical college is numerous,the higher vocational and technical college knowledge comparison of the performance appraisal system,which causes in the process of performance appraisal has many problems and shortcomings,therefore,this paper takes shaanxi HK vocational and technical college as the research object,to conduct the thorough research to the college teachers' performance appraisal system,and puts forward some countermeasures and Suggestions of performance evaluation system,has important practical significance.Capitalize on the questionnaire survey,practical and theory combining the quantitative and qualitative research such as grammar,is using the 360-degree evaluation method,key performance index method,multiple analysis method and other related school performance appraisal method and the theory of shaanxi HK vocational technology college teachers'performance appraisal system into seven chapters are studied.First,the thesis of shaanxi HK polytechnic current grade school teacher and assessment index system are analyzed;Secondly,on the basis of thorough investigation,discovered the problems of college teachers' performance evaluation,and analyzes the cause of these problems;Thirdly,the paper put forward from six aspects the improvement Suggestions and countermeasure of college teachers' performance appraisal;Fourthly,the thesis formulated the performance appraisal system implementation safeguard measures work units;The final paper HK vocational technology college teachers' performance appraisal system in shaanxi province summing-up.
