Research On The Allocation Of Teacher Resources Of Independent Colleges In Universities

Independent Colleges of ordinary universities, as the product of the higher education in China. It has undergone a rapid development. It has played an active role in alleviating insufficient resources and higher education funds, expanding the scale of higher education, accelerating the process of higher education and promoting innovation of the higher education system. Meanwhile, it has been the focus that how Independent Colleges ensure the quality of education with the continuous growth of the quantity and the expansion of the scale. The key to ensuring and improving the quality of Independent Colleges is to build higher quality teachers.The paper includes five parts.
