The aerobics curriculum resources is the condition of carrying this curriculum, its development and utilization is a highlight of the reform for the aerobics curriculum and a key link for effectively achieving its teaching goal under the condition of the shortage of the teaching resources owing to the present expansion of the college and university enrolment .It is helpful to develop the rang and quality of this curriculum content and to a certain extent, has a positive effect on the reform of the teacher s'teaching modes and of the students'learning methods .In addition ,it is useful to optimize the environment of the aerobics teaching ,to quicken the breakthrough of the key and difficult points in it ,to improve its quality and to cultivate the students innovative spirit and practical ability .By adopting such research methods as document and material consultation, investigation, telephone visit and experiments doing, this thesis, logically starting with the questions posing, theoretically probes into the principles of developing the aerobics curriculum resources, and in practice, the author takes the students majoring in Physical Education as her research subjects, randomly chosen from some colleges universities in the east, north, south and the central part of China .In her experiments, the author attaches importance to the investigation of the students'attitude toward the application of the aerobics curriculum resources and their assessment of the learning result, meanwhile, the thesis also makes investigations on the difference between the students who make full use of the aerobics curriculum resources and those who make little or no use of them in their ability improvement from such aspects as the mastering of the aerobic knowledge, the aerobic creation, the grasping of the aerobic content resources, and the aerobics teaching practice.The result of this research shows that the aerobics teachers and most of the students believes that the development and utilization of the aerobics curriculum resources is significantly important for the carrying of this curriculum and that the initiative and enthusiasm for it remains to be aroused. At present the main resources that influence the formation of the aerobics curriculum are respectively the aerobics content resources (85.4%), human resources (82.8%), network and information resources (66.2%), condition resources (43.7%) and other (21.5%). Up till now the level of developing and utilizing all those resources is still low. This thesis, by the practical application of the resources generated in class, the network resources, and the clubs in society, has made analyses and discusses and obtained the following conclusions:(1)The sensible utilization of the aerobics curriculum resources realizes the combination of learning and practicing in and after class in the true sense of word, enhances the combination of theory with practice and improves the teaching quality of this curriculum.(2)The utilization of the aerobic curriculum resources promotes the communication between the teachers and students and the cooperation among students, and deepens the students'understanding of the relevant basic technologies, skills, learning process and methods.(3)By practicing in the aerobics clubs in society, the students have improved their basic teaching skills and aerobic instructing level.(4)The application of the aerobics curriculum resources has enriched the aerobics content, promoted the students'accumulation of the materials, and meeted their need for future development .(5)The application of the aerobics curriculum resources has transformed the students'learning mode from passive learning to active exploration.(6)The application of the aerobics curriculum resources has broadened the students'view , enrich their aesthetic experience ,stimulated their interest in study and developed their active and optimistic attitude toward study and life.(7) The development and utilization of the aerobics curriculum resources has promoted the aerobics teachers'major development.
