With the deepening of curriculum reform in elementary education, implementation of thethree levels of curriculum management, give local schools more rights, which according totheir own situation and characteristics conducive to local and school curriculum resources.For a long time, has been teaching in the field of education and school facilities as the maincontent of the course. On curriculum resources development is limited to amending andupdating of teaching materials, makes a rich physical education curriculum resources have notbeen fully developed and utilized, resulting in single structure of curriculum resources,affecting the overall utilization of human, material, environmental and other resources. As thecapital of Shandong province, Jinan City, representative in the new curriculum reform, on thepresent situation of development and utilization of PE course research is of importantpractical significance.Through documents, interviews, questionnaires and statistics, research methods, lixiadistrict, Jinan, licheng district, and Shizhong district, Tianqiao district of huaiyin district, andprimary investigation on the sports present situation of development and utilization ofcurriculum resources. Analysis of main problems in development and utilization of PEcurriculum resource of primary school in Jinan City and related causes. Through the studydrew the following conclusions:1, Jinan elementary school physical education teachers is given priority to with youngand middle-aged teachers, degree or above accounted for more than90%, but the PEteachers’ understanding of the importance of physical education curriculum resourcedevelopment and utilization is insufficient, lack of professional learning, curriculum resourcesdevelopment and utilization to some extent, restricted the sustainable development of thesports curriculum resources.2, The school to conduct the lesson hold situation is better, students can activelyparticipate in extracurricular sports activities. In addition,87.86%of schools to meet theneeds of the sports teaching of venues, equipment and facilities, but spare time related sportsfacilities open strength is not enough, caused the facilities the waste of resources.3, Lack of physical education teachers to teaching material of deep processing and theplait, and teachers’ understanding of the student sports demand is not enough in-depth, lack ofawareness of students development and utilization of resources, influence the enthusiasm ofthe students’ participation in curriculum.4, Jinan elementary school in the folk sports game project introduced in good condition, but the lack of innovation consciousness of such projects; At the same time, the developmenttype of emerging sports project needs to be improved.5, Jinan sports curriculum resources development and utilization of wide choice category,for the diversity of resource development to create a good premise, but schools to thedevelopment and utilization of the natural geographical environment is not good. In addition,the teachers of sports information resources development and the status quo is good, but theutilization needs to be improved.
