Stepping into the new century, th the development of productivity, peoples livingstandard has been increasing unceasingly; simutanously, peoples spiritual life has alsoimproved correspondingly. As the entertainment projects everyone likes,The sportactivities become more and more popular with the social and economic development.So the popularity of the nationwide fitness campaign also appears more andmore important. The broad masses of the people can better their condition for the thesocialist modernization construction on condition that they maintain high health leveland form the habbit of lifelong health building, which shows the importance of sportsactivities. In twenty-first Century the college physical education course should alsoreflect this point of view, adding the most popular sport elements suitable for studentsto practice to the aerobics class, such as aerobic dance, Latin dance, jazz, hip-hop, etc.At present, all kinds of fitness clubs are very popular worldwide which contribute alot to participants’body building, recreation, health condition, immunity improvementand so on.This paper studies the teaching effect of introducing health club aerobicsteaching into college aerobics teaching by means of experimental method, literaturemethod, questionnaire survey, expert interview, mathematical statistics. I hope thispaper can provide certain theoretical and practical basis for college aerobics teachingreform and development on whether introducing club aerobics teaching form intocollege aerobics teaching can improve students study interest, physical qualities, selffulfillment, etc. the research shows: Students show apparent difference in theirlearning interest and enthusiasm before and after the experiment, which demonstratesthat introducing club aerobics teaching form into college aerobics class is reallybeneficial for students study interest and aggressiveness in aerobics. Students physicalqualities, including endurance, cardiorespiratory fitness levels, immunity, have beenimproved after the experiment, which proves it can help to improve college studentsphysical health standard. Students body postures have become more elegant after the experiment, whichshows it is helpful for college students to build their shape.Students self confidenceand self fulfillment vary greatly after the experiment. So aerobics exercises throughthe forms of club training can improve college students learning self-confidence andsense of accomplishment correspondingly.After introducing the club aerobics teaching form into college aerobics class,students participate in aerobics exercise more frequently and their attitude haschanged from passive to active exercise, which is beneficial to the popularity of thenationwide body-building plan and habit of lifelong health building.
