On August 2002,the Ministry of Education issued the guidelines of national colleges and universities physical education teaching curriculum.Article 20 clearly states,"It is an important way of the construction of courses to develop and utilize curriculum resources in a better way." As China college education reform continually deepens, the importance of curriculum resources have become increasingly prominent.Rational development and utilization of resources in various courses,and protection of success of the reform is of great significance. Curriculum resources development and utilization are closely linked,the former is the prerequisite for the latter,while the latter is the purpose of the former.Development process is also useful,through which could promote the further development of curriculum resources.Curriculum resources development and utilization of research is a brand new field, different subjects are paying attention to the development and utilization of it.Because there will be no courses without curriculum resources,curriculum development and utilization of resources is a necessary for the implementation of programmes.Aerobics-operation for the financial,power,beauty as one of the aerobic exercise,because of its novel form,easy-to-learn actions,fun music,full of youthful vitality,It not only ranks second among the ten most popular activities in mass sport movement in China,but also a popular sport for the young students who pursue its own characteristics and the spirit of the times as fashion movement.Such a large aerobics courses resources is a treasure trove to be developed for Universities in the current school physical education reform.As the only high-quality sports University of Physical Education in China,fully develop and utilize resources aerobics courses,aerobics teaching is very valuable. This paper studies Physical Education Aerobics curriculum resources of Beijing Sport University,mainly with literature,interviews, questionnaires and other methods,according to the characteristics of Aerobics subjects with the relevant curriculum resources aerobics courses with the theory of concept of resources,Aerobics classification and curriculum resources development and utilization of the principle of means and measures for in-depth study.The results show that:Aerobics curriculum resources is defined as achieving aerobics courses goals form factors aerobics courses sources and direct implementation of the necessary conditions;the principles of Aerobics development and utilization of curriculum resources in Beijing Sport University are scientific principles,principle of openness,safety principles, economic principles,shared principles and the principle of targeted; Aerobics teachers have been fully aware of the development of curriculum resources they already have the importance sense of the development and utilization of curriculum resources and capacity,according to physical, psychological,social adaptation Aerobics comprehensive development and utilization of resources of all kinds courses,but Aerobics courses must strengthen the development and utilization of human resources;Aerobics playground,equipment and other facilities can not fully meet the teaching and training requirements,the existing space,equipment facilities has not yet been fully utilized;Beijing Sport University can according to the actual situation and the local conditions and reasonable allocation of mining extra-curricular or extracurricular focuse and adaptive aerobics courses resources,and boldly promote them to the community;the development and utilization of information resources of Aerobics still needs to be strengthened,and the establishment of aerobics courses library or academic website is very necessary.
