In recent years, with the development of urbanization, a large number of new development zones have been established in China, each becoming a special area playing a special role. These development zones have become the pacesetter during the reforming and opening up in our country's economic development. We can have a new look at physical education from a new perspective of"regions", aiming to contribute to the sustainable development of physical education in the 21st century. This is not just for practical needs, but also for a theoretical development of innovation. In this thesis, various economic indicators and educational indicators are comparatively analyzed, and ultimately depending on the characteristics of the physical education development in various zones, physical education is analyzed for its own characteristic development to propose appropriate measures. As for department policy, it can provide a scientific basis for policy making. Therefore, documentation method, questionnaires, interview, statistical analysis, case study method, etc are used in this thesis.After investigation, the following conclusions are reached: (1) Liaoning province has certain conditions to build the development area for physical education. The education in Liaoning province is of high quality since the implementation of school sports. Liaoning province has been ranked advanced in China. (2) Leaders have different opinions on the importance of physical education, the time of establishing the areas is also different, and, administrative zone belonging to the physical education development takes on different levels. (3) The variety of policies and development of the economic conditions make possible the development of school sports in Liaoning province. There are some certain problems in some individual areas, such as lack of funds and lack of physical education facilities. Some even don't reach the catalogue of standards. (4) Above all, many young PE teachers, with high title and high education, provide nutrients. (5) The population structure of development zones in Liaoning province has been diversified, enabling students to have more need of sports learning. (6) The school physical education in these areas should make their way with the unique advantages, based on the region and the schools'actual situation.According to the research on schools in the development areas, we make the following comments:(1) Schools in the development area should make good use of the advantages, seize the opportunities and develop.(2) Liaoning province should make the development areas diversified in physical education. (3) The development of physical education in schools should mobilize all the enthusiasm of the physical education teachers, giving full play to their qualifications and age advantages. (4) School sports in Liaoning provincial development areas should take full advantage of the favorable external conditions, and the areas in the initial stage of development should increase awareness of physical education in schools and schools standardization, so that school physical education can develop with specific characteristics as soon as possible (5) The development of physical education in schools in Liaoning provincial development zones should meet the learning needs of students who are at different levels in sports.
