In March 2009,the “State Council’s Opinions on Promoting the Sustainable Development of Resource-based Cities” identified the second batch of 32 resource-exhausted cities and listed Chongqing Wan Sheng Economic Development Zone as one of them.In the context of the rise of national fitness for the country’s strategic and sports industries,how should Wan sheng actively explore the development path for the transition of resource-exhausted cities,seize opportunities and make a difference,and make full use of the advantages of this area to follow suit and go all out?
