The performance management helps the athlete to enhance the achievements, and achieves the standard via airtight cyclic process of plan, implementation and counseling, the performance inspection, feeding back and improving. Therefore, the performance management plays a vital role in our country half-pipe snow on veneer in athlete management.The athletes'performance management system of half-pipe snow on veneer in our country is not perfect; there is not perfect performance of communication; there are not enough complete understandings of performance management systems; there is not any reasonable use of examination results, thereby contributing to athletes'inactive participation in learning, training and attitude; athletes can't be helped to summarize a match as they should be..We should make a reasonable flow system in our country's half-pipe snow on veneer; set a reasonable performance management plans; carry on a regular communication with athletes. The inspection targets should be more scientific; and we should use the result correctly. We should make a clear reward-punishment system and continuously improve the performance management system.
