Research On The Professional Construction Of College Counselor Team In Our Country

College counselor is the important component among teachers; it is the backbone of moral education and ideological and political education in colleges. Besides, it is the guider for the students'healthy growth. With the development of domestic and international situation, both the popularization of higher education and the new characteristics of contemporary college students'ideological concepts, these factors determine that we must construct a professional college counselor's team. The research on professional construction of college counselor team has important theoretical and practical significance to enrich the management theory of ideological and political education, to provide practical guidance for the construction of college counselor and to promote the development for individual counselors.There are six chapters in the total paper. Chapter I is an introduction, including the background ,the significance, the status, the main thinking , the primary content and the main methods of the research. Chapter II analyzes the college counselor's professional construction from the theoretical level: the first part analyzes the meaning of the college counselor professionalism, and then combines with the relevant theory of knowledge as the theoretical basis for construction. Chapter III elaborates the necessity and significance of the college professional counselor troop from a practical and developed point. Chapter IV analyzes the evolution course of the college counselor troop and the achievements and shortcomings in the way of professional construction. At the same time, the article also analyzes the main reasons that lead to the problems. Chapter V briefly introduces the characteristics of American and British student affair management, and seeks referable experiences and lessons in order to fulfill the professional construction of college counselors. And the last chapter proposed the professional construction of counselors responses according to counselors'professional standards: first is to improve the understanding, strengthen the leadership, and recognize the importance of professional development about the counselors; second is to strengthen the construction of the counselors system, and provide guarantee for the professional construction about the counselors; third is to improve the counselors professional quality and promote the construction of professional careers about the counselors.
