On The Student's Associations In Higher Education Institutions From The Point Of View Education For All Around Development

Recently, university student associations have flourished and become a bright landscape on campus. With the full advancement of quality-oriented education, university student association's further development is faced with unprecedented chances and challenges. To meet these demands, we find that how to direct and instruct the construction and development of the student associations has become a very important subject we have to face.Under such circumstances, this essay first analyzes some basic qualities of university student associations, such as their characteristics and functions and their developing status quo. By exploring the relationship between quality-oriented education and university student associations, the essay shows that university student associations play a very significant role in quality-oriented education. Finally the essay deeply ponders the issue—how the university student associations conform to the demands and development of quality-oriented education. It also puts forward with some suggestions and constructive strategies. For example, it advances to orient university student associations reasonably and insists on five principles—proper direction, people-orientation, dynamic correspondence, pursuing innovation and paying attention to efficiency. Together with these principles, it brings forward with four methods—attaching great importance to them and putting administration system in order, optimizing environment and offering necessary conditions, regulating administration and innovating managing mechanism and strengthening contents and advancing the student association's vigor. All these will be instructive to enrich the study of university student associations, to push the associations to advance healthfully and consistently and to promote quality-oriented education.
