The implementation of individualized education, on the basis of respect for the students personality, stimulates their learning enthusiasm, initiative and creativity, and fully tap their creative potential, is not only our higher education reform and development requirements of the times, but also universities requirement of developing more creative talents.However, in China's higher education practice, China's university of individualized education is in difficulties, mainly as follows: the bigotry of educational philosophy, the variation of management, the single mode of training, the old system of teaching contents and the curriculum, the backwardness of teaching methods and the machinery of evaluation. This paper holds that the major sources of our hardship in the implementation of university individualized educa- tion are the China's traditional culture of hidden negative, the excessive tool reason of post-industrial society, the impact of long time simple uniform system of education, and other factors. This paper presents some policy proposals to promote the university individualized education of creative talents cultivation oriented, including the following areas: establishing the concept of individualized education, constructing the teaching content and curriculum system which adapt to the student personality development, establishing the teaching management model of a individualized education and implementing heuristic teaching and diversifi- cation of teaching evaluation.This paper comprehensive uses the methods of literature research and compara- tive study, systematically summarizes existing research results. It explains the content of the university individualized education from philosophy and psychology, explores the individualized education role in the practice of creative talents training, analysis the objective and subjective reasons of lacking of individualized education in China's universities and discuss the way of implement individualized education, so as to provides useful inspiration for promoting the creative talents cultivation model reform.
