The development of vocational education is also remarkable. However, we should keep in mind that there is still a large gap between China's education development and that in other developed countries. The resources put in education are far less enough to satisfy the increasing needs in education development. Therefore, we need to find effective ways. Education foundation is one of the important channels. It can amass resources in a more wildly way in the society and provide more flexible services. Lagged economic developments, inadequate awareness of civil rights, imperfect government regulation have been hindering the development of education foundations. Therefore, to boost the development of education foundations, we will need to improve accordingly by enhancing the public sense of volunteerism, improving laws and regulations, strengthening external supervisor organism, as well as improving the internal structure of educational foundations, in the hopes that they will push forward China's education development.
