Through the author's knowledge, the majority of teachers in the urgent need for extensive technical knowledge applicable to general-purpose technology, curriculum resources, teaching resources and library building at present there is one kind or another problem.In order to build general-purpose technology applied to teaching resource library, this study investigated some of the general technical course teachers teaching resources on demand, to build a common technology, teaching resources, models and theories developed and designed in accordance with relevant General Technology Course Teaching Resource Library.The thesis contains six chapters. In the first chapter, it focuses on issues of concern in this study to examine the purpose and significance, and the research gave a brief summary of the content.
