With the continuous improvement of information, knowledge, science, technology and culture, social change and educational reform, a great innovation can be noticed in society and education. An increasing attention has been attached on technical and relevant educational researches in educational system of our nation. Since the high school curriculum program officially included in the general technical high school curriculum, the general technical course has become an obligation course in high school. It represents an epoch requirement and consummation of educational structure. The theory comes from practice, while the theory requires the test of practice. Therefore, the development of technical education reflects the needs of the times and the maturing of the educational structure. General technical and IT technology learning areas, two subjects, as new courses in the curriculum reform, universal technical courses has its own characteristics, such as autonomy and procedural versatility, learning, curriculum integrated, knowledge of diversity. However, precisely because of the characteristics of their courses combined with courses short time, making many of the issues such as traditional teaching methods, large amount of knowledge, teachers’poor grasp of the teaching context, you can use fewer resources and other issues appear. According to the request made by the common technology curriculum goals, we should pay attention to cultivate learners’independent study to explore the opportunity to strengthen the formation of the learners’ability to learn, thereby promoting the learners to develop independent learning, to establish a good general-purpose teaching environment. Therefore, the good general technical teaching of teaching applied research is very important. The birth of the concept map as a teaching strategy has been widely used in subject teaching and knowledge management, and achieved remarkable results. Therefore, the concept maps used in the general technical teaching will be conducive to the curriculum comprehensive knowledge of logic, hierarchical, and to help teachers teach and students learn.This research is based on the theory of "Meaningful Learning Theory, Constructivism Learning Theory, Connectionism", combined with the literature analysis, interviews and other research methods. The questionnaire investigation was conducted regarding the current situation of technical education and teachers’familiar with the application of concept map, the analysis to the feasibility of the combination between technical teaching and concept map. The confirmation was made by the integration among teaching goal, characteristic of learner, teaching strategy, text book, content of study.Practice is the sole criterion for testing theory. Combined with the previous studies, this study selected basic materials in the course structure, teaching and design,"the core ideas and design ideas used in teaching practice, combined with the improvements proposed by the learner and course teachers to carry out the experiment analyzed and summarized, in order to help the general technical teaching.
