Under the new curriculum reform introduction, the traditional management methods haven't currently instructed senior high school management, it emphasizes students'marks and aims completion, lacks humanistic care. Exam as the core of management activities organization ignores students'participation, restrains subjectivity, limits personality development, much less autonomous management. With the traditional management defects gradually appears, in order to cultivate society demand new human being in the new century, senior high school education curriculum must readjust and reform. The new curriculum reform strives to change students'learning, life style, advocates students to participate in actively, research and beat their brains frequently, and achieves autonomous management.In this study, with Z theory, subjectivity theory as the theoretical basis, Based on a comprehensive domestic and foreign literature review defines autonomous management and constituent elements; With investigation research, from students' autonomous management consciousness, satisfaction and attention aspects discusses general and present situation, finds autonomous management problems are that high school students'autonomous management level low, consciousness with grade growth and weakening, satisfaction lower, attention only learning and so on; Autonomous management is analyzed problems'root is that deviation between entrance exam vision and system, contradiction current education and the new curriculum management, students'deformity pursuit, traditional culture blockage and so on; Using the experiences which are loose education environment, democracy management concept, curriculum integration, individuation, miniaturization, evaluation diversification, autonomous management all-round contents, implementation method diversity, mechanism rationality and so on of cultivating American senior high school students'autonomous management abilities for reference connects with our country's reality, and draws methodological revelation; Under the new curriculum reform, senior high school students'autonomous management abilities cultivating needs to strengthen autonomous management consciousness and set up loosing environment by strengthening students'autonomous management consciousness, setting up school's autonomous management atmosphere, carrying out humanized entrance exam system. To procure autonomous management by taking advantage of new curriculum reform course of optional course system, free class-selection system, life planning education. To construct students' autonomous management counseling team providing guidance and help on exam, employment, mental health, life skills.
