The class of independent management is the teacher in charge of training and theconscious guidance; the class full their main body role, through their own efforts,coordinated for achieving the goal of education class management, so as to improvethe entire student’s main body of the quality of the class management model. In China,a new round of education curriculum reform based on the steady for the class to thedevelopment of the independent management put forward the necessary requirements.The main content of this study includes the following aspects:(1) the classautonomous management connotation, theoretical basis, development the respect suchas the current situation undertook combing;(2) use of literature review, questionnairesurvey, interviews and other methods, combined with the author’s own workingexperience, on the background of new curriculum reform of Yantai three middleschool autonomous management of the implementation status of the investigation andanalysis of comparative system;(3)for the current junior middle school classautonomous management problems and put forward some measures and suggestions.According to the study, most of junior high school students have strong desire ofclass autonomous management, but lower degree of autonomous management. Singlefactor analysis of variance on genders, class cadre, learning achievement, gradefactors found: boys, class cadre, good grades students and high school grades (thesecond and third grade) students have better independent management. To teachers,either a teacher or head teachers whose management ability have improved greatly;teachers’ apparent sensory is that autonomic management for the implementation ofthe class management has brought new challenges. Because of class autonomousmanagement problems, this paper puts forward some suggestions, including thefollowing three aspects: improving the junior class autonomous managementimplementation, discriminate between junior middle school class autonomousmanagement in the implementation stage, implement autonomous management ofreasonable evaluation.
