| With the acceleration of china's economic transformation and urbanization process, a large number of surplus rural labor transfer to cities and towns, the pressure of farmers'employment has suddenly increased. Displaced farmers urgently need effective skills training, rural workers need guidance to learn new agricultural technology. However, I found that the rural adult education has some problems such as the current existence of rural adult education institutions are not perfect, non-standard school, low level of business of teachers and management team, setup of profession and traihing is out of line with actual demand, according to the author's field survey of Hebei Yongqing. Many training institutions of farmers are mere formality, they are nominal. The ideas of local governmets are conservative, training and educating of farmers did not really implement, the main causes are lack of a set of actually and effectivly policies. Therefore, in order to change the current passive situation, local governments must initiatively take the main responsibility to develop the adult education in rural areas, take effective measurs, pave the way for farmers'skills training and provide basic policy support, specifically including: improve the institutional mechanisms of adult education in rural areas, increase the input of funds for farmers'training, running the schools flexibly according to the demond of labor market, explore the new models of farmers'education and training. Enhance the attractiveness of rural adult education, make efforts to the employment and sustainable development of farmers. |
