A Study On Strategies For The Development Of Rural Adult Education Under The New Rural Construction

Rural adult education is a part of China’s adult education and rural education. It is an important part of the whole education in China. China is a typical agricultural country and peasants, fully understand the importance of developing rural adult education is of great realistic significance and far-reaching historical significance.Firstly, this paper starts from the concepts of adult education in rural areas and the new rural construction. Then this paper carries on the discussions of the theoretical basis and characteristics of China’s rural adult education.Secondly, based on the background of the new rural construction, this paper analyzes the necessity to develop rural adult education are discussed.Thirdly, according to the development of rural adult education, the development process of the rural adult education can be divided into four stages, this paper analyzes the development process of rural adult education.Fourthly, based on data analysis and questionnaire survey, this paper analyzes the development status of rural adult education and the existing problems of it.Finally, according to the theoretical analysis and the results of a questionnaire survey,this paper from the aspects of ideological understanding, management system, infrastructure construction, system supporting policy, funds supporting policy, explore new ways of development, puts forward some countermeasures and proposals for the development of China’s rural adult education.
