The Research On The Present Situation And Development Strategy Of The Traditional Sports School Coaches In Beijing City

The traditional school sports for the national training elite athletes to play a role in basic, and the training of the athletes is inseparable from the coaches careful guidance and pay, therefore, the coaches in training plays a irreplaceable role and strength the ability of coaches and their quality high and low will influence to improve athletic performance speed and movement potential development speed. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the research on Beijing traditional school sports coaches at this stage. Through the survey data in Beijing City, the traditional school sports coaches status of research, summarized the influence factors of coaches development, put forward the corresponding suggestions according to the conclusion. These conclusions and suggestions will have a positive impact on the development of the traditional school coaches, so that the traditional school coach team is more excellent.In this paper, using the research methods of questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics, literature data and logical analysis in Beijing 16 districts and counties of the traditional school coaches as the research object, from basic situation, teaching ability,personnel transport, treatment and other aspects of the current situation of Beijing City, the traditional school sports team coaches for analysis and research, development countermeasures are put forward. The results show that:(1) the basic situation of Beijing City, the traditional school sports coaches: Beijing traditional sports school coaches showed fewer women than men phenomenon; coaches age structure is reasonable, the formation of the "high in the middle of two low" age structure; has a small part of the secondary education of coaches, lack of high degree of coaches; overall coaches of the title structure is reasonable, but its disadvantage is that the lack of senior coaches; school sports development is not balanced, relatively simple, the sports project concentrated on the three ball and athletics; coaches sports level is relatively low; coaches working years reasonable distribution.(2) of Beijing, the traditional school coach coaching ability to: Beijing traditional school coach to education is very good; the athlete scientific material needs to be improved, 38% of the coaches according to his many years of experience of material:coaches according to the specific circumstances of making training plan, training plan is reasonable, in line with the students. Training time is enough, the training time arrangement in the afternoon and summer and winter, respectively, accounting for 45.8%and 23.5% of the total, the main aspects affecting the training effect is the support of relevant leaders and parents.(3) Beijing traditional school coach to a group of athletes in competition and talent transmission: to participate in the regional competition strong,foreign exchange enough; performance in motor area of the number of the most, less to thenumber of the highest level of the game: reserve personnel transport did not form a conveying mechanism of small- in- step by step, athletes training mainly transported to the first team and professional colleges and universities; sports specialty is born cancel bonus, will affect the enthusiasm of the training of athletes.(4) Beijing traditional school coaches pay situation: coaches training subsidies is relatively homogeneous, mainly distributed in 300 yuan of the following, accounted for 67.5%; the coaches are satisfied with the treatment; the adequacy of funding presents polarization; the majority of funds are used to buy equipment and athletes expenses and medical rehabilitation expenditure.
