Research On The Current Situation Of Sichuan Volleyball Traditional School And Volleyball School In The Context Of “Revitalizing The Three Major Balls”

"Three big-ball sports" is an important index to measure a country's physical strength. Sichuan had put forward in the planning of volleyball development from 2014 to 2021 that for process China from a big country of sports to a powerful country of sports, Sichuan should process from a big city of sports to a powerful city of sports firstly, develop and improve the current status of "Three big-ball sports" positively, promote the leap-type development of the “Three big-ball sports”, take the lead in the construction of Chinese sports strong province, do the best effect and make China to be a powerful country of sports, do it in the true sense of the revitalization of the three big ball, instead of just sloganeering. Volleyball is chosen as the breakthrough point as the pioneer of the revitalization of the “Three big-ball sports ” scheme because it was an advantage of Sichuan. The strength of Volleyball traditional project school(traditional project school in short) and volleyball stationing project school(Stationing school in short) is really important to the strategic target of the revitalization of the three big-ball.Under the background of the revitalization of the three big-ball, I select the schools in Sichuan province to do the research and also hope to understand the current situation, looking forward to the prospect. In the process of research, I found that there are many scholars study on Volleyball traditional project schools in China in recent years, but almost none of them research on Volleyball traditional project schools. The research on the volleyball traditional project schools in Sichuan even less. This article uses the method of documentary, questionnaire survey method, interview method,mathematical statistics and other research methods, aiming at the current situation of volleyball traditional project schools and volleyball stationing project schools in Sichuan, and the influence these schools. I hope I can figure out a more scientific way to develop these schools in Sichuan, and also give some advice for the development of volleyball traditional project schools and volleyball stationing project schools in Sichuan, and for realize Sichuan's volleyball strategic target.The main content of the research are: Sichuan province volleyballgeneral situation of Sichuan province, the difference between volleyball traditional project schools and volleyball stationing project schools, the current situation of volleyball traditional project schools and volleyball stationing project schools under the background of promote “Three big-ball sports”, the situation of the coaches, leaders, parents, students in volleyball traditional project schools and volleyball stationing project schools under this kind of background. The results show that the distribution of volleyball traditional project schools and volleyball stationing project schools is unreasonable. The education background of coaches are mainly reasonable,but the security systems like the treatment are not perfect, they have less chance to study outside. High level competitions of volleyball are not enough so that the athletes lack the chance to play with high level team athletes. The basic sports hardware facilities of school can meet the demand of training, but the source of training funds is single. The motivation of choosing volleyball for parents and students is diversified. So my main suggestions are: Integrate the resources of volleyball traditional project schools and volleyball stationing project schools. Build, standard and complete the system of student transport.Build a teachers security system for the teachers of volleyball traditional project schools and volleyball stationing project schools. Enhance the propaganda of volleyball traditional project schools and volleyball stationing project schools. Establish and perfect the competition system as soon as possible and make the grass-roots level and high level competition become the norm. Try to increase the sources of training funds and attract more social education system and the power of society, to urge a benign development of volleyball traditional project schools and volleyball stationing project schools.
