| Objective: To study the similarities and differences of the relaxing effect after sport fatigue between the method of sports health preservation and the Hatha Yoga Asanas, besides to explain it from mechanism. Method: Dividing 36 students into three groups randomly, Group A and Group B are experimental groups Group A practices the LaoZi massage, Group B practices the Hatha Yoga Asanas; Group C is the matched group. The experimental groups experience eight weeks' training, and study the differences of relaxing effect after fatigue among the LaoZi massage, the Hatha Yoga Asanas and Self-healing method. Result: Use repeated measure ANOVA, the LaoZi massage has remarkable effect to promote blood lactic acid metabolism after exercise(P<0.01), human body could enhance the endurance to the acidic materials with LaoZi massage practice; Hatha Yoga Asanas is more effective on reliefing nervous and neral fatigue (P<0.01),can make the plant nerve function improved. Conclusion: The method of sports health preservation and the Hatha Yoga Asanas have consistency on relaxing and promoting recovery, the two have similar intrinsic mechanism. The method of sports health preservation has more comprehensive relaxing effect, and has no harm to human body, proposed to popularize in Mass Sport. |
