Research Purposes: The healthy growth of children is the focus of parents and schools.Entering a good university is one of parents' greatest expectations for their children.There is a popular saying that "Entering a good senior high school is the threshold for entering a good university." With the increasing pressure of entering a high school,parents begin to attend cram schools with their children in order to be able to enter a good junior middle school after graduation from primary school.Russian educator usinsky once said: "Attention is the key to open the mind and inspire wisdom." Attention ability is an important learning condition.Good attention is very important for those who acquire the core skills of attention and control their emotions..Attention is the starting point of the whole learning activity,and students' good attention is the prerequisite of effective teaching activities.Due to the guidance of the education system in schools and society,more and more parents choose to spend much time on "major subjects".Time is limited,and children have no choice for "spare time".Therefore,the improvement of academic performance often means sacrificing spare time and physical exercise time as the premise.All walks of life have been looking for a "win-win" way for children's physical fitness and cultural performance.Therefore,it is of great significance to improve students' attention and explore valuable intervention means from the perspective of sports.Research methods: By using the methods of literature review,expert interview,experiment and mathematical statistics,this paper studies the influence of Hatha Yoga on the attention of 82 students in Grade 5 of Bayi Hope Primary School in Guangzhou,and selects four qualities as the test indexes,namely,the quality of attention diversion,the quality of attention span,the quality of attention stability,the quality of attention distribution and the quality of attention distribution.This study combined with the fitness yoga posture standard(Trial)approved by the social sports center of the General Administration of sports of the People's Republic of China,and combined with the physical and mental development characteristics of the fifth grade students,designed the experimental course content to verify the promotion effect of Hatha Yoga on the attention of the fifth grade students.The results showed that:(1)Before the experiment,in the horizontal comparison of the results of the two groups of students' attention quality experiment,there was no significant difference in the four qualities of attention(P > 0.05).After gender grouping,there was no significant difference in the attention quality(P > 0.05)between the experimental group and the control group in the fifth grade,showing homogeneity.(2)The experimental group before and after the experiment results of the longitudinal comparison,after the experiment group and experimental group showed very significant difference: the boys group attention four quality(P < 0.01)has a very significant difference,the boy distribution of attention quality,attention,attention span,attention stability four quality has a very significant difference(P < 0.01).There were significant differences in the four qualities of girls' attention: there were significant differences in the quality of attention shift(P < 0.01),the quality of attention distribution,the quality of attention span and the quality of attention stability(P < 0.05).(3)The results of control group before and after the experiment were compared and analyzed longitudinally.The three qualities of attention span,stability and distribution in the control group were different from those before the experiment,but there was no significant difference in attention shift.The significance of male control group was close to the whole control group after experiment.In the control group,there were no significant differences in attention distribution,attention shift,attention span and attention stability.(4)The results of A group and B group after the experiment showed that the significant differences of attention quality between the two groups after the experiment were: attention transfer quality,attention stability quality,attention distribution quality,attention span quality;boys: attention transfer quality,attention distribution quality,attention stability quality,attention span quality;girls:attentional stability quality,attention diversion quality,attention span quality,attention distribution quality.Conclusion:(1)Hatha yoga intervention has a positive effect on the improvement of the four qualities of attention.(2)With the growth of age,the quality of the four dimensions of attention continues to improve.In this process,the growth of the quality of the four dimensions of attention is not synchronous.(3)The four dimensions of attention increase differently in different genders.
