This research mainly adopts experiment method,questionnaire survey,interviewmethod,observation and case analysis method,the 32 female teachers in Beijing City,the second middle school as the experimental object,the research of Hatha Yoga on occupation burnout of middle school teachers,to explore the influence degree,reveals the influence mechanism,in order to enrich and expandthe function of yoga and the service space occupation,provide new ideas and methods for teachers to eliminate job burnout.The main conclusions are as follows:1.The female teachers' job burnout in junior middle school is moderate level in general,and emotional exhaustion is the most serious in the three dimensional degree of job burnout,followed by personal accomplishment and depersonalization.2.After 12 weeks of Hatha yoga intervention,the degree of job burnout of female teachers in junior middle schools was reduced.There were significant changes in the dimension of emotional exhaustion between groups and within groups before and after yoga practice(P < 0.01),which decreased 19.2 percent compared with before and after yoga practice.There was significant difference in the depersonalization dimension between the group and the group(P<0.05),which decreased by 12.2% before the experiment.The feeling of personal accomplishment was lower than that before the experiment.The increase of 2.2 percent,although somewhat improved,did not change significantly.3.Hatha yoga intervention mainly through improving teachers' physical health,regulating mood and relieving pressure to reduce their job burnout.Yoga pose exercises to improve teachers' body shape,improve teachers' balance,flexibility,strength and other physical qualities,relieve shoulder periarthritis,cervical spondylosis,lumbar spondylopathy,wrist pain and other problems.Yoga breathing,meditation,relaxation and music can help teachers relieve stress,regulate their emotions,relax their bodies,improve their attention and self-confidence,and help improve interpersonal relationships.
