Research On The Characteristics Of Local Culture Of Elements Of Sports And Health Scouses

Social progress depends on the improvement of the quality of people, so education is the driving force of the society's sustainable development. As the carrying forward of the curriculum reform to basic education according to"Twelfth Five-Year Plan", local culture into the curriculum elements and curriculum development of local culture have become current curriculum issues. The strong demand voice from experienced teachers fully reflects the urgency and importance of the research about the development of course elements under the regional culture.Course elements are the selected and necessary experience factors of course form to promote the comprehensive development of students in certain social conditions, and are the latitude and longitude lines for curriculum organization and implementation. Regional culture is the sum of material wealth and spiritual wealth including the unique geographical environment and historical heritage of common life and custom that form in transformation of the natural and social activities of human within a specific geographic system.Geographical and cultural characteristics of curriculum elements are being discovered, recognized, designed and implemented gradually now.They conform of regional learning experience, interpret and practice the value of course given by local culture.The research took"Back to Life - Sports from life","Communication - Physical Education Cultural Heritage"and"life-long education - lifelong physical reach"theory as the basis.The researcher put forward the idea about this study based on analysis of theoretical and practical background of sports and health courses under the vision of the local culture, clearing purpose and value o f the study, realistic scanning study site. In this paper, the methods of literature survey, investigation on-the-spot, case analysis, questionnaire investigation, logical analysis and Mathematical statistics are utilized. This paper elaborated the meaning and basic features of local culture, elements of sports and health courses, and explored the theoretical basis of under the vision of the regional culture, analyzed synthetically the interaction of local culture and sports and health courses, and the relationship between local culture and elements of sports and health courses. The study will demonstrate local needs and regional transformation of sports and health courses, create sports and health education school-based curriculum under the vision of the regional culture, construct a theoretical system of the study about regional culture features of course elements. to achieve good intention about education in human combining cases of practical operation about"flexible sheep"sports curriculum in primary and secondary schools in Xinzhou City Shanxi province through investigation and analysis in-depth about target value of the function, set of the course content, path of the organization and implementation of curriculum and course evaluation analysis and so on, based on the selection, optimization and innovation to sports and health courses under the characteristics of local culture.The study has come to the conclusion through the investigation of"Flexible sheep"sports into sports and health courses in primary and secondary schools in Xinzhou City Shanxi province. The conclusion is that"Flexible sheep"is a sport with distinctive characteristics of local culture, interesting and significant value function of sports so that we should establish sports and cultural resources under the guidance of government sports service and community sports and with the active participation of local residents. We should promote the conversion between reality and ideal of regional physical and health courses through a variety of ways, with the use of modern science and technology and other means to strengthen the protection and promotion and with the help of specialists, experienced teachers, students and parents.
