With the further development of China's basic education curriculum reform,the independent development and construction of local curriculum has been gradually implemented in the educational practice of various provinces and cities.As an important part of the three-level curriculum management system,different from the national curriculum and the school-based curriculum,the outstanding characteristics of the local curriculum are the realization of the integration and utilization of local cultural resources,and the realization of the value of local social development and student development in accordance with local conditions."Ordinary High School Chinese Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition)" emphasizes that "all regions have natural language curriculum resources in nature,society,humanities and so on "Local culture is the life of local curriculum,as an important supplement to the national curriculum,building Xi'an Local language courses should be firmly rooted in the soil of local culture to highlight the Xi'an characteristics of the course.Xi'an was called Chang'an.The well-known Chang'an is the ancient capital with the largest number of dynasties in the history of China.Generations of people in the Chang'an area have thrived,and they have created a splendid and glorious Chang'an culture.The Chang'an culture inherently contains Xi'an culture.It not only carries the memory of the prosperous world,but also activates the factors of Chinese civilization and has strong regional characteristics.This paper starts from the regional level of Chang'an culture,and incorporates it into the curriculum vision.It fully analyzes the traditional Chang'an cultural resources inherited by Xi'an today and conducts the development of local language courses.This article mainly discusses from the following four aspects:The first chapter "Introduction" mainly explains the origin of the research,the related research summary,research ideas and research methods.First of all,the research originated from the author's thinking about the real problems faced by the local curriculum development:the local culture urgently needs to carry forward and spread through the medium of education to reveal the urgency of developing local curriculum.The policy of basic education curriculum reform shows the necessity of developing local curriculum.Besides Xi'an has a close relationship with Chang'an culture,the rich cultural resources prove the feasibility of developing local courses.Based on the above background,inspires the author to carry out research on the development of local language courses in Xi'an under the background of Chang'an culture.Secondly,it systematically discusses the research status of Chang'an culture and local curriculum development,and from various angles to summarizes the two points of the academic circles.Again,the paper expounds the research ideas of the curriculum development program based on the clarification of the concept.Finally,list the research methods such as the literature method,the field visit method and the case analysis method.The second chapter is based on the theoretical exploration of the development of Xi'an local language curriculum based on Chang'an culture.This part mainly discusses the definition of core concepts and the basis of curriculum development.First of all,in view of the current situation of the concept of Chang'an culture and local curriculum in the academic world,the author integrates and analyzes the current main research viewpoints,and combines the research theme,chooses Liu Shengliang's definition of Chang'an culture,and the local curriculum in the narrow sense as the basis of this article.At the same time,analyzes the characteristics of Chang'an culture and local curriculum.Secondly,the author from the theory of life education,multicultural education theory,constructivist theory framework based on the theoretical support of Changan culture development Xi'an local language curriculum,discusses the development of curriculum can deepen the basic education curriculum reform,promote local culture,cultivate students core elegance.It proves the profound value of local curriculum development from both theoretical and practical perspectives.The third chapter is the analysis of Xi'an local language curriculum resources in Chang'an culture.The purpose of this chapter is to prepare for the content of local language courses.Chang'an culture is rich in content,but not all cultural resources can enter the local language curriculum.When integrating the resources of Chinese curriculum in Chang'an culture,we must adhere to the regional principle,highlight the Xi'an characteristics of resources,adhere to the principle of education,highlight the educational attributes of resources,and adhere to the principle of appropriateness to highlight the practical value of resources.As a guideline for integrating resources,eight types of cultural resources are summarized for use in local language courses in Xi'an.The fourth chapter is mainly interpretationon the development concept of Xi'an local language course in Chang'an culture.In this chapter,the author uses the Taylor principle,one of the curriculum development modes,as a guide and combines the Local Curriculum Management Guide to form the development plan of Xi'an local language curriculum.And designing each development link:determining the nature of the course,presupposing the course objectives,selecting the course content,designing the course implementation plan,formulating the course evaluation criteria,proposing the textbook preparation recommendations,in order to provide a feasible development plan to form local language course with Xi'an characteristics.
