As information technology is on going curriculum reform,How to effectively implement the reform idea of the information technology, and promote the healthy growth of students? How to stimulate students interest in learning, and develop students awareness of lifelong learning? How concerned about the individual differences and different needs of students , attention to the dominant position of students, to ensure that every student benefits? These are our attention and concern in current.In the process of literature review,study autors found that not a lot of the self-determination theory and the use of this theory in information teconology almost zero,It is the innovation and difficult.This subject is divided five parts.the fist part mainly states the subject's significance,reserch mathods and international situation and so on.The second part states concept,content and reserch themes of the self-determination theory.from the self-determination theory and research specific to the current debelopment status of the system of carding.The third part states information technology courses of study and motivation in high school and for the preparation of the questionnaire,reliability and validity of the results of the analysis and measurement.The fourth part states information technology learning motivation of high school and deeply research on the result.The last is summary and outlook for research and hope that put forwad some idea on information technology courses teaching of high school.The views and conclusions of this study are: (1) High school courses on information technology, lack of motivation to learn. (2)Low need for a sense of motivation is the lack of information technology is an important aspect of the cause. In the learners, the lack of motivation of the students lack a sense of belonging. (3) The model Pelletier is validate such a lack of motivation to prove that the Learned Helplessness and information technology courses in high school because of lack of motivation. (4) Learners not like information technology for the race course in the form, In general found to match their high anxiety. (5) Teaching methods shall not be deemed a lack of motivation of teaching forms an important factor in the cause. (6) School of computer performance is not good, very slowly, the network connection is not smooth and so on. These have a direct influence on students involved in the initiative. (7) Lack of motivation of students in different ways to avoid information technology course, even if a considerable part of the students in the survey on information technology like the class, it is because they relax in Information Technology as the activities of the classroom, most of them all entertainment activities, and teaching itself. (8) In the information technology courses, the learners do not want to participate in the activities or unwilling to learn the operation, usually a passive or negative attitude, it is mainly low-input performance.
