Urumqi City Art Teachers In Primary And Secondary Schools The Status Of The Implementation Of The New Curriculum And Research Investigation

According to the new basic educational reform, this dissertation analyzes this case that some art teachers who work at elementary and secondary school in Urumqi implement new curriculum with quantitative and qualitative method. The subject investigated is 82 art teachers who work at 70 middle schools in Urumqi. This dissertation includes the following six parts: The state that the art teachers'understanding and approval to the worth and idea of new curriculum; the state that the art teachers'making use of curriculum resources and the teachers'suitability to new textbook; the state that the art teachers'assessment to art teaching method; the state that the art teachers'understanding to the curriculum; the state that the art teachers'value orientation about the Art and the change of their knowledge; the state that the art teachers'train and exploitation for resources.As a whole, the art teachers who work at elementary and secondary school in Urumqi have got some achievement in this reform, most of teachers have confidence to this curriculum reform, and they have great hopes to raising the whole quality of art teaching in Urumqi. But during the implement of new curriculum, there are still so much problems such as teachers'thought,role,the structure of knowledge,be familiar with new textbook and the relevant teaching equipment, and so on.To aim at above problems, this dissertation gave some relevant suggestions and measures. They include following aspects: to update teachers'idea; to raise teachers'comprehensive quality; to up-to-date teachers'knowledgeable structure; to exchange teachers'role and their teaching method; to exploit and use curriculum resources reasonably; to strengthen the teachers'train; to change the mode of train, etc. It hopes that this dissertation can give some help to the implement of new art curriculum reform.
