Since the end of the seventies last contrary, Chinese elementary educational curriculum has experienced a series of reforms and development for more than 20 years .At the beginning of the new century, with the advent of knowledge-economics era, the initiation of creational education and the overall enforcement of quality-education curriculum issues have been paid more and more attention by the whole society .To adapt to the social development of the new century, a new round of elementary educational curriculum reform follows in. In this circumstance, it's very necessary to summarize and evaluate the elementary education curriculum reform. It may help us better understand the present elementary educational curriculum reform with a critical historical view.Curriculum reform is an interactive process of multi-level and multi-factor. Chinese elementary educational curriculum reform has undergone three stages in recent 20 years, which is in accordance with time periods: the stages of recovering and beginning; the stage of springing up and development; the stage of the overall deepening. In addition, curriculum reform is a complicated and arduous systems project, it covers all-oriented and multi-levels reform, such as curriculum organizational system, curriculum policy, curriculum administrative system, curriculum evaluation and the inquiry of theory and experiment etc. On the basis of reviewing some aspects of Chinese elementary educational reform in recent 20 years-namely the motivations and conditions, scopes and process, strategies and methods, the theoretical and experimental research-we can see that it contains some increasing-ripe idea on curriculum theory and practice. In the meantime, we should keep calm to learn that both the theory and the practice are all branded by the replacement of old society and education with the news ones. Although some striking progress having been made, there still exist a series of problems.The course of the elementary educational curriculum reform in recent 20 years not only gives us some experience and guidance, problems and lessons, but also providesus some reflections on the research .To guarantee the curriculum reform go on successfully, we should make sure the validity of curriculum theory at first .We must transform some obsolete opinion whenever necessary and improve the advancement and science of curriculum reform. Firstly, successful curriculum reform should be made on the basis of a valid curriculum theory. Thus it requires that we discard the obsolete ideas (when necessary) and then improve the advancement of curriculum reform; Secondly, during the present of curriculum reform, we must clarify the relationship between inhering and recommend, enhancing and reform, ideal and reality, and guarantee the entirety and continuity of the elementary educational curriculum reform; Thirdly, as a systems engineering, curriculum reform need a rational system of organization to assure it, meanwhile, the corresponding set reform should also be taken; In these years, curriculum integration has become an important and powerful development trend. It will end not only the state of the disintegration and opposition, but also end a kind of traditional curriculum theory and ideological patterns that people has held for a long time.Based on the above analysis, the present thesis falls naturally into Sparts:In the first part, the author reviews the development course of Chinese elementary educational curriculum reform in resent 20 years. Within this part, the content and characters of the reform are systematically introduced and the relevant literature reviews are provided.The second part is an evaluation and analysis about the development of elementary educational curriculum reform in resent 20 years. The author summarizes objectively the achievement and existing problems of the reform from the perspective of curriculum research, systems construction and experiment.The third part elaborates the inspiration of the reform in recent 20 years on the present stage of curr...
