Since the Chinese government adopted the policy of open and reform, theKoreans habitants have transformed their workforce surplus into workforce migration.By taking advantage of their geographical position at the northeastern part of china,their relationship with other ethnic groups and their la nguage strength, they hasopened their market of huma n resources in South Korea. This paper investigates thetransformation in terms of population, economy and family construct of thecommunity and the characteristics and mecha nisms of community migration in ruralnortheastern china.Thesis is divided into seven parts.The first chapter is an introduction, clear thesisin the background, purpose, mea ning and ideas, based on a brief introduction on thecommunity, ethnic communities, rural communities such as research results.Thesecond chapter is an overview of Korean rural communities, the origin of Koreansfrom China, the domestic distribution and the present situation self-starting, of Koreanresidents in China's domestic and foreign migration routes, methods andcharacteristics; other details chosen in this paper the specific case of Koreancommunity.The third chapter introduces the changes in Korean rural communities,from the community's population, economic development, family structure andlifestyle of the four-pronged approach to analyze the situation changes in the selectedcommunity characteristics.This section analyzes the different periods of change inpopulation characteristics among the community, selected before the liberation,liberation of reform and opening up, reform and opening up, the twenty-first centurytime period of four specific changes to community demographic characteristics of thecomparative analysis .The fourth chapter of the Korean rural community developmentin the hollow of the problem,hollowing from the community population,communityEducation hollow, hollow of the ma in community build ing, cultural hollow, hollowagricultural production to start in five parts of the community characteristics andcauses of hollow, hollow on how to integrate communities and to guide furtherdevelopment of such communities to do a certain exploration.The fifth chapter of theKorean rural community of dynamics mecha nism, Jixi City of Heilongjia ng ProvinceYongfeng Korean Community Survey,described life after reform and opening up the Korean border areas in the Northeast the profound changes in the community, cameout with Korean socia l development problems,externa l environmental factors for theKorean community and internal environmental factors pla y in communitydevelopment in the role of different levels to discuss the promotion of Korean ruralcommunity of dynamics mecha nism.Chapter VI of the paper summa rized the ma instructure, points out the flaw, and the prospect of further research.
