The education fairness is extensively concerned and studied by the society this century; it is the basis of modern education institution and the foundation of realizing society fairness and plays an important role in constructing harmonious society. Meanwhile, the multicultural education developed in 1960s advocates multicultural education and education fairness theory and provides new aspects for the study of education fairness. it is a feedback of education fairness theory and also an important power for realizing education fairness.Under an aspect of multi-culture view, starts from a summarize of multicultural education and education fairness study at home and the broad and the summarizes of experience from the national education, the article cites several schools of Tianzhu Tibet autonomous county as an instance, discusses the implement of compulsory education fairness from multicultural aspects, discovers the existing problems on education fairness, provides the measures on solving unfairness of compulsory education from national areas and makes sure students of different nations can enjoy high quality compulsory education.The article consists of five parts. The first part is an introduction of the reasons of the subject chosen, aims & significances of the study and the methods & the course of the study. The second part mostly introduces relevant concepts and theory foundations in order to clarify the viewpoint of the article. The third part introduces existed researches and the experiences of practicing national education from multicultural aspects at abroad in order to provide guidance. The fourth one cites several schools of Tianzhu county as an instance, describes the status of education fairness from multicultural aspects, indicates the existing problems and analyses the reasons, the last part is advices and measures on practicing compulsory education of national areas of Gansu Province in aspects of multicultural view, specific solutions were provided, thus promotes and perfects compulsory education fairness in national areas of Gansu Province.
