Research On Rural Primary Schools Consolidation

In order to optimize the resources of rural primary schools further, more and more places put the plan of local primary schools consolidation into practice. Taishi district of Lintao in Gansu province is the case of this research, which analyzes the reasons and the current situations in rural primary schools'adjustment. In addition, based on primary schools'education in Taishi district, this study focuses on Nanmen primary school. It also discusses achievements and difficulties of the rural primary schools consolidation's with the depth investigation. In the end, it puts forward some feasible comments and suggestions on the basis of schools'situation, and tries the best to find the way to adjust the primary schools in our country. This paper has been divided into four parts.The first part is about the introduction, including the origins, the literature reviews, the oretical principles, purposes and significances, as well as main research problems and research methods.The second part focuses on the research process and findings of this study, and the contents mainly includes the reasons, backgrounds, primary schools education and schools consolidation of Taishi district. Based on Nanmen primary school's education, it deeply analyzes the achievements of primary schools consolidation, and discusses problems from different point of view. At last, it gives us the conclusion of this study.The third part is the countermeasure research about rural primary schools'consolidation, which is the sublimation and the summary of this article. It puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions which are based on the problems and conclusions in the study, and it includes: proceed from reality in everything we do to formulate scientific reasonable educational program and promote the rural primary schools consolidation according to circumstances; governments should increase capital investment in rural schools; people-oriented, strengthen the construction of rural boarding schools further; do the rural primary schools consolidation's later work positively.The fourth part is the conclusion, which has pointed the shortcomings of this article and the contents which will be studied in the future.
