Improving the teaching efficiency of Chinese Reading Class is always a topic for the Chinese educators. Early 20th century, national educators began the study to improve the efficiency of classroom teaching, and in china, many teachers and education experts have done much work on a large number of teaching practices and theoretical research, and made significant progress and accumulated a valuable experience. On the basis of previous research experience, quantitative analysis of the classroom Chinese reading teaching of junior high school, this paper analyzed and presented some problems of Chinese Class Teaching, and explain the task of Chinese Reading Teaching, and scientifically defines"Efficiency", and paraphrase the connotation of"Efficiency"First, Efficiency Chinese Reading Teaching is concerned about comprehensive development of the students.Second, Efficiency Chinese Reading Teaching focus on the emotional development of students;Third, Efficiency Chinese Reading Teaching has human comments. It Points out new ways of Efficiency Chinese Reading Teaching: 1. Update teaching philosophy, concerning about the development of living life. This paper expounds that Chinese Reading Teaching should stand on the height of life, from the life angle to concern about the teaching, make the teaching full of human feeling and humanity. from understanding the formation of life, and understand the plasticity of the students; from understanding life's diversity, respect for the uniqueness of the students; from taking care of the integrity of life, and promote comprehensive development of students; from waking subjectivity of life, and mobilize the enthusiasm of the students; from pursuit life experience, and enrich the Spiritual World of the students. 2. Optimize teaching methods, and improving the Chinese Reading Teaching efficiency. This paper introduce to change traditional passive studying into active studying, and advocated the application of reciting, experience and feeling, speaking in the teaching of Chinese Reading course to achieve the new target, let the students use their past experience and culture to understand the connotations and the world, Guide dialogues between students and the text , in order to develop the students'analytical capacities, general capabilities, communication skills, imagination, and ultimately the growth and development of life. And this paper designs a new structure with"stir the interest-- initiative to learn and research-- cooperative research-- consolidation". In order make the students to be wholly absorbed in, first, we should awaken the students'aesthetic psychology, and inspire their interests in reading, then they will put passion into the text and appreciate the beauty of the text. Based on the content of courses, before reading, the teacher should strive to create a kind of aesthetic context which is consistent with the text, to stimulate students'interests and desires through the language description, or the creation of problem situation, or describe pictures or display objects, or contact the student life experience into new lesson. Learning process is a process of self-construction, Chinese Reading Teaching is that students actively participate in the text, perceive content, and appreciate emotion according to their own experience. And an equal and positive dialogue between the student and text. In this teaching links, teachers should always holds the teaching philosophy of "equal dialogue between teachers and students," and guide students to self-study, self-discovery, taste and personal fulfillment. Teachers should pay attention to guide students'reading methods and help students successfully engage in a dialogue with the text, the most important is teaching students to ask questions. And teachers should take care that train the students to ask questions in peacetime, and encourage students to question each other, questioning and rebuttal, and guide students to understand the texts and grasp the meanings from the multi-level, multi-angle. Reading teaching is the process of acquiring knowledge, and also a experience of inquiry. In the teaching process, teachers should pay attention to explore the cooperation conditions for students, and offer correct and effective guidance: ask questions - the creation of scenarios - methodological guidance. Teachers can break their rigescent copy thinking, cultivate their multitude innovative thinking, divergent thinking, and creationary imagination ability, encourage students to use different methods to solve the same problem. The fourth part is training, it is a purposeful, guided, organized learning activities, we must recognize that it plays an important regulatory role in Classroom Teaching "feedback and adjustment". And teachers can adjust training ways and contents, but can't be detached from learning requirements. In the background of new curriculum reform, this essay expounds New Teaching Objectives Constructing, new teaching method , New Teaching Patterns, and it helps to enhance the Chinese Reading Teaching efficiency.
