With the further advance university reform, the reformation of personnel distribution system is the core of the internal management system reformation in the university, and the pay system reformation is a key in the key.Successful handling of the pay reform, integrating pay reform and the long-term development of higher education and university teachers their own development, to improve labor relations, salary incentives to play to stimulate the initiative and creativity of teachers and promote the great development of institutions of higher learning has important practical significance and long-term effectiveness.In this study, the related compensation based on the theory of empirical research, analyzed the current situation and problems of college teachers salaries, the current university salary system problems and some related reason analysis. By doing these research,the author also makes a profile of foreign countries'pay system of the university teachers(Such as:America, France,Germany)and get some beneficial experience so as to offer the strategy to the salary system reformation of the university in China. China's college teachers pay reform should aim at the country under the guidance of prominent universities in teacher salaries in the distribution of dominant position, diversified sources of funds, income distribution market, which has strong incentives and external competitiveness. In this regard, the reform should pay five aspects: sound and performance to job-based pay system; flexible deferred payment assessment cycle and the flexible structure; to establish market mechanisms to adapt to the flexibility of pay system; the establishment of optimized "triple" structure; a sound welfare system. In short, teacher pay reform should balance the high level of income stability and incentive to seek a breakthrough. The reformation of salary system in the university provides a better environment for the teachers to develop and realize the sustainable development both of the university and the teachers.
