As China's economic sustained growth, education concept and talent of modern education have changed, from the importance of knowledge to the focus on capacity. The teaching task of vocational schools is cultivating "innovative, practical, complex, pioneering" talents, but there is a lack of action oriented education and experienced professional teachers. The core of Germany action oriented education is cultivating key capacity, this approach has been made good results in vocational education, and has trained a large number of outstanding workforce for German companies. At present, China's vocational schools are the "action-oriented" teaching experiment, but most of the vocational school teachers in understanding the action-oriented teaching is also only remain in the imitation stage, and teaching philosophy of action-oriented comprehensive understanding is not enough, the practice in the classroom a lot of difficulties and obstacles encountered. Therefore, we hope this paper is a inspiration for Chinese vocational education reform, by discussing the Germany "action-oriented" teaching theories.To study the action-oriented teaching in action theoretical model as the starting point, paper recalled action-oriented teaching concept from the perspective of psychology and education respectively, detailed analysis of the teaching models of action-oriented teaching. On this basis, analysis the characteristics of action oriented teaching by case comparison, and its application in the German vocational schools, summarizes the difference between the action-oriented teaching and the traditional teaching. Finally, we come to some enlightenment about china vocational education reform.
