Technical education takes on the important task of cultivating high quality skilled personnel, and the economic and social development at present stage is undergoing major changes. Therefore stimulate students’ interest in learning, improve teaching quality, so as to improve the technical skills of personnel training quality, meet the needs of employers and students’ long-term development requirements has become placed in front of the vocational education workers is an urgent need to address the problem.Our country has already carried on the stipulation to the education reform very early, the outline pointed out the education is the foundation country, the economic development cannot leave the education. Education, only by vigorously developing education, to Xingmin to rejuvenate the nation, in order to improve the quality of the labor force, to solve the present existing in our country. Follow the key to improve the teaching quality of vocational education, take the service as the aim, take the employment as the guidance, and promote the reform of Under the guidance of the national macro policies, the workers of our country are actively engaged in the reform and study.. Learn from the advanced educational ideas, change the traditional mode of personnel training. The curriculum and the reform of Vocational Colleges and universities have developed rapidly, and have achieved fruitful results..
