In the last few years,higher vocational education in China has developed rapidly. Thehigher vocational education teaching reform was carried out widely,too.Training teaching isthe most importmant part of teaching in higher vocational college.But some higher vocationalcolleges have not established a scientific training teaching system because of the influence ofsubject system in a long period.“Action-Oriented” concept first originated in Germany, and itmakes a significant contribution to the development of vocational education in Germany,andit has already become the main current that the German vacation education teaching guidingthought.This thesis try hard to integrate this concept to train teaching designing in highervocational college for improving student’s integrated vocational ability.This thesis is divided into six chapters:The1st chapter is an introduction, mainly introduce the research background, significanceand status of action oriented teaching at home and abroad. This paper mainly adoptedliterature method, questionnaire method,and so on.The2nd chapter mainly discusses the theoretical basis for Action-oriented teaching,suchas Multiple Intelligences Theory,etc. Then this paper explores the learner’s characteristics inhigher vocational colleges.The3rd chapter mainly includes the determination of the teaching goal. The basic purposeof action oriented Training teaching is to promote the development of students’ professionalaction competency. Design principles are student-centered, making students’ interests to bethe starting point of teaching organizing and requiring students to participate the wholeprocess of teaching from the beginning to the end.The4th chapter mainly answers what to learn.This paper points to that tacit knowledgeplays an important role in the proeess of the formation of vocational ability, and tacitknowledge can be mastered through the learning method based on tasks,situations andcooperation.The5th chapter mainly answers how to learn. This paper introduces several basicteaching methods, such as Project Teaching Method, Role Acting, Guidance Article and soon,elaborates the basic content of each method and the process model and attention matters of operation, and so on.The6th chapter is the reflection,mainly explains the main existent difficulties in thetraining teaching’s practice and the problem that need to be further researched from nowon,including the Practical Training Base construction, teaching ability of teachers and theircomprehension of action oriented teaching.The reform of higher vocational education is arduous task,so this thesis hopes to makesome contribution to improve our country’s higher vocational education training teachinglevel and accelerate our country’s higher vocational education teaching reform.
