With the modern educational theory and information technology continuing to develop, it is increasingly recognized that there are many advantages in traditional classroom teaching, but also shortcomings which can not be ignored; Network teaching provides suitable means on innovation for modern society and has disadvantages. Blended Learning which is a reflection to the traditional classroom teaching and E-learning is becoming a new learning strategy and learning theory. It combines traditional classroom learning and E-learning's advantages and can optimize the effectiveness of teaching.Blended Learning theory is mainly used in corporate training, distance education and other fields at home and abroad, and less in secondary vocational schools, the least in application of chemistry. Chemistry is opened a public course in secondary vocational school and is of great help especially for science majors. Blended learning applied to the level of chemistry teaching, you need to network hardware, but also need a good software platform.
