Secondary vocational education as an important base for training professionals is catching more and more big concern by state and society, and secondary vocational Chinese teaching as a compulsory basic course for vocational students is the foundation of other disciplines. However, a large number of facts indicate that the current situation of secondary vocational Chinese teaching is not optimistic, students are lack of motivation and the phenomenon of playing mobile phones in class is universal, on the one hand, due to the weak foundation of secondary vocational school students, on the other hand, because of the widespread use of traditional teaching methods. Great importance has been attached to studying of the blended learning-a new type of learning method, which combines the advantages of traditional teaching and online learning, it not only can effectively optimize the learning process, promote the reform of the education and teaching, ensure students' subjects effectively, on the other, but it can maintain the advantages of traditional teaching, solve the problem of poor self-control of vocational students, so, it provides an opportunity for the reform of secondary vocational Chinese teaching.Therefore, under this background, in this paper, on the basis of teaching and learning of secondary vocational Chinese teaching, combining Moso Teach-a new instructional aid with traditional teaching to constructe a mobile blended learning framework according with secondary vocational schools is the focus of this research. By changing the traditional teaching methods and educational concept by using Moso Teach'diverse functions so that teachers can carry out new teaching according to the process of empirical research, it can stimulate students' learning motivation, improve students'enthusiasm and motivation of studying.The contents in this thesis mainly include the following three aspects:Firstly, by stating the research background to present research subject, study purpose and significance, study frame and methods. Analysing the present situation of blended learning, the present situation of blended learning in secondary vocational teaching and blended learning in secondary vocational Chinese teaching by document research to know its research focus, and defining relevant concepts and theoretical basis, which are the academic foundation of the sequential research.Secondly, analysing Moso Teach'functions and its application advantages in secondary vocational Chinese teaching, and on the basis of these studies, combining existing frameworks and Moso Teach' functions to constructe a mobile blended learning framework according with secondary vocational Chinese teaching,and detailed analysing and designing each link according with course contents.Thirdly, according with designs, applying the framework in secondary vocational Chinese teaching over an eight-week period, and learning procedure evaluation, course evaluation and activities organization evaluation demonstrated the validity of this research, as well as a teaching case is supplied to reference. The practice shows that the framework is effective, it can stimulate the motivation and improve students' score of secondary vocational students.
