Ordinary University of Physical Education is an important part of school education. The perfect or bad physical education can be a direct reflection of the quality of teaching work in schools, and even affect the overall process of education reform. In the process of physical education, the use of reasonable evaluation of the performance of PE teaching evaluation is the key which to promote physical education to performance improvement. Scientific and effective evaluation, which relate to the improvement of physical education performance and long-term physical and mental development of student. In this paper, Teaching performance evaluation of Physical Education, the purpose is to provide physical education in colleges and universities to provide reference for performance evaluation.The so-called performance evaluation of physical education, which is to follow the work of law based on the completion of the objectives of teaching, the use of certain means to access to relevant teaching information, and by the handling of such information to carry out the process of physical education activities and results value of its process. Feedback through the evaluation results, not only to promote better standards of teaching, but also can promote the enthusiasm of students in physical education increased.This specific evaluation during this design, performance, education, science and other related theories as the evaluation of the research base, the use of literature, expert interviews, questionnaires, the Delphi method and logical analysis and other methods to determine the indicators dimension, completed the construction of the specific content of evaluation index, index weights and the index of order. Dimensions of evaluation include of four-level indicators: teaching preparation of teacher, teaching process control, student learning outcomes and teaching management. Preparation of teaching which include of five secondary indicators: check facilities, exercise level control, exercise load analysis, content filtering and educational goals of teaching the design. Regulation of the teaching process, which include the five secondary indicators: teaching organization, teaching skills levels, teachers and students interact, the teaching structure of the control arrangement and order of teaching. Student learning outcomes include of five secondary indicators: kinetic theory of knowledge, motor skills, physical, mental and physical experience and sports participation. Teaching management, including: curriculum, policy documents, financial investment, incentive mechanism and the management of five teachers in the secondary indicators.The contents of secondary indexes under the three indicators are mainly based the development of evaluation, the design principles and evaluation methods which also focus on the development process as possible. But also in the evaluation of the design process, follow the new curriculum reform and the development of physical education requirements,which in order to continuously improve the performance of physical education as a guiding philosophy, the refinement of the indicators on the decomposition of the three indicators to establish the weight fraction, and weights are sorted, the sort to meet certain logical,and which can provide reference for the performance evaluation of Ordinary College Physical Education.
