Evaluation on the PE achievements of college students is key link in college PEeducation teaching. It is also the value method to reflect the physique of collegestudents.The country will be wealthy, strong, independent, liberal and progressive withwealthy, strong, independent, liberal and progressive youngsters… If we are notphysically strong, how can we make a contribution to our country? Clearly, it isessential for strong country to make their youngster grow up healthily. Whether havinga good physique decides one person grows up healthily. Do physical training is moreimportant than exams for college students. In the21stcentury, It is a social hotspot aboutour students’ physique. As education reform carrying on, physical education isunderway revolving around the physical curriculum construction and teachingreformation, yet, there is not any creative progress and change about teaching evaluation,the original physical exam centering on sports technique restricts the contents ofphysical exam, deciding students’ achievement in the physical education throughexamining sports technique. As a result, the contents of physical exam are falling behindthe development of teaching contents and teaching methods, physical scores could notreflect students’ present physique truthfully. Government is different from government,although foreign countries refer to the problem on college students’ physique, there islittle revolving the relation between the exam about physical education and personalphysique; It is a long time about the research on students’ physical performanceappraisal in our country, but those research almost point out the unreasonable things onthe current evaluation methods of physical education, without proposing a reasonable,wider and quantized solution systematically. Therefore, it is significant for us to carryout the research on evaluation system of students in ordinary university not only in thetheoretical level, but also in the practical level.Based on document data, questionnaires, interviewing method and statistic methodetc, the research mainly study the following several aspects: (1)Through the several decades’ analysis on college students’ physique, researchand investigate the relation between improving students’ physique and physical teaching,physical evaluation, so that provide theoretical foundation for scientific evaluation onachieving raising teaching effect and students’ physique.(2)According to Three aspects on acting for oneself curriculum situation adoptedby present colleges, implementing curriculum teaching and the status relation betweenthe teachers and students of evaluation are analyzed and discussed on,on the basis ofabove, a new train of thought on the evaluation system is proposed.(3)Because of variegation on teaching group, there exist many phenomena onstudents: different attitude, different hardworking level, different sport ability base,different study destination and expectation, different progress made by students.Thereby, it is important starting point to build a new evaluation system theory,analyzing the consistency on teaching destination expected and evaluating students’study effect.
